Mitsubishi Delica 4x4 with Clark Mast 9m telescopic mast
The masts can be used for temporary radio stations, RSL - restricted service licence operators, community wireless broadband, site acquisition planning appeal demonstrations, floodlighting or CCTV security.
We have special rates for short term hire i.e. one or two days for event coverage or antenna replacement cover, over a weekend for amateur radio contest enthusiasts and long term hire i.e. two to six months for network operators who require a temporary base station or repeater site.
Site acquisition planning appeal demonstrations are usually done with our Mitsubishi Delica 4x4 with Clark Mast telescopic mast.. This can simulate the height and style of a slimline mast without the problems of installing a truck mounted cherrypicker on site. We can also provide low level aerial and panoramic photography.
The
photograph on the left shows a recent project where Cross Country Wireless Ltd provided the
trailer mast, mains generator and cables, road safety equipment and
on-site security for a customer's wireless coverage surveys. Our
customer initially provided the antennas and coaxial cables.
Our customer was free to concentrate on the technical requirements of the drive surveys without the problems of erecting and manning a temporary mast at each site.
Please note that in addition to hiring trailer masts we also buy, sell and refurbish them.
We are currently looking to increase our hire fleet and will buy 15m, 20m or 30m mobile trailer masts or Clark / Clarke Mast / Hilomast pneumatic telescopic masts for refurbishment.
